What I love most about my Instant Pot is that it’s a real set-it-and-forget-it situation. Some recipes require a little bit of sautéing up front or staggered addition of ingredients, but for the most part, you throw everything in, tell it how long to cook and walk away.
This is such a welcome break around the holidays, when it can feel like you spend more time over the stove than with your family. I like to involve both my Instant Pot and my air fryer in my holiday cooking, so I can spend less time in the kitchen and more time socializing.
